The estimated average delivery time for our products is 7 to 15 business days, depending on factors such as carrier delays, customs procedures, or strikes. Other circumstances beyond our control may also affect delivery times.

All purchases include a tracking code, which will be sent to the customer’s email within 5 business days. Tracking is available from the point of origin until the package reaches the delivery address.

Deliveries are made by USPS or other shipping carriers. In cases where the recipient is unavailable or the address has delivery restrictions, carriers may leave a notice for the package to be picked up at the nearest postal office.

Based on our experience, 85% of orders are delivered within 15 days after dispatch.

Please double-check your shipping address at the time of purchase to ensure timely delivery. Addresses cannot be changed after 24 hours from the order placement, and cancellations are not possible after this period.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the responsibility lies with the customer. If the product is returned to the sender overseas, the new delivery timeframe will be recalculated starting from the confirmation of reshipment.
