At Nesty Aura, customer satisfaction is our priority. You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt.
The following conditions must be met:
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
The product must not show signs of use or wear.
The product must include original tags, manuals, and all accompanying accessories.
As per U.S. consumer guidelines, we are not obligated to accept returns due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., color, size, or style preferences).
IMPORTANT: Returns will not be accepted if the above conditions are not met.

Product name;
Order number;
Email used for the purchase;
Reason for return or exchange;
Video evidence of the defect (if applicable).
After confirmation, we will provide the return address and proceed with the refund of the product and shipping cost, if applicable.
